Baked Ziti

Serves 8
Preheat your oven to 400*. 
Cook 1 lb Ziti according to package directions. 
Toss cooked ziti, marinara sauce, 1 and 1/4 cup of shredded parmesan, 1/4 cup romano and 1/2 lb cubed mozzarella in a bowl. Season with black and red pepper to taste. Mix really well until combined. 
Transfer pasta to a 9x13 greased baking dish. Cover the top with 1/2 cup sliced mozzarella and sprinkle with more parmesan. 
Bake until lightly brown and serve hot!
