Peanut Butter Bars


Makes 12 Large Bars/24 Small Bars

 Inspired by: Six Sisters Stuff

In a large mixing bowl combine:

1 cup melted butter
2 cups graham cracker crumbs (tiny granules)
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup peanut butter

Blend well. Press evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 pan. 

Meanwhile, in a microwave melt the following:

1 and 1/2 cups chocolate chips
4 tablespoons peanut butter
Stir every 30 seconds, until melted and smooth.

Spread chocolate over the graham cracker crust evenly.  Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into squares. 


I accidentally bought cinnamon graham crackers, but oh my goodness that was an unexpected flavor boost. These are so rich, so I really recommend cutting them small. A great no bake dessert that is a crowd pleaser.
