Homemade Peanut Buter


We seriously go through so much peanut butter in our house. I love natural peanut butter, but it can get expensive. I had no idea the only ingredient in peanut butter is peanuts! 

In a food processor add: 
16 oz roasted peanuts (salted, unsalted, honey roasted-any kind you want)
Process for 4 minutes. The peanuts will go from crumbs, to dough, to butter! 

You can store at room temperature, or for thicker PB-store in the fridge.
